You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. From training methods to what to expect in your first class, here’s everything you need to know before you enter the system.

  • Pilates and Lagree are low-impact exercises, making them a great choice for beginners. But don’t worry—if you’re new to this, we’ve got your back!  We offer two beginner-level options: a Learn the Machine workshop, where we take it slow and focus on a few key moves, and a beginner class, where you’ll build a solid foundation in a full class setting. No pressure, just progress!

    Lorene, our owner and master trainer, knows firsthand what it’s like to face physical challenges—she has severe scoliosis. Through her journey, she’s developed a training system that works for everyone, no matter where you're starting from.

  • Put on your workout clothes, grab your grip socks (we’ve got them for sale here), your water bottle, and get ready to sweat. Check your ego, fears, and "I can't" attitude at the door—we’re here to work, learn, and grow!

  • We cap our small group classes to 12 students, which means they fill up quickly. Book your cell in advance to secure your spot!
