EACH CLASS BEGINS WITH 40 MINUTES OF LAGREE STRENGTH FOCUSED ON THE DESIGNATED MUSCLE GROUPS FOR THAT DAY, FOLLOWED BY 10 MINUTES OF EITHER CALISTHENICS, HIIT, OR PILATES. RECOVERY BODY FOCUS WILL BE TAILORED FOR EACH CLASS AND IS A COMBINATION OF RECOVERY WORKOUTS AND RELEASE THROUGH SPECIFIC TECHNIQUES LORENE HAS CULTIVATED OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS.
